SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from www.theinayah.com.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not often processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, restocks, sales events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Turkey, and select international locations.

Shipping availability may change at any time without notice.

If your country is unavailable at checkout, we may not currently offer shipping to your location.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, package weight, and carrier rates.

Any free shipping promotions offered by Inayah are subject to change at any time and may be limited to specific countries, products, or order values.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated shipping times may vary by destination:

United States: 3–10 business days

Canada: 5–15 business days

United Kingdom: 10–20 business days

United Arab Emirates: 10–30 business days

Australia: 7–30 business days

Turkey: 7–30 business days

Other International Locations: 7–30 business days

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

Inayah LLC is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees may not be eligible for a refund.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may be required before the order can be reshipped.

Inayah LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Inayah LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and then contact us at support@theinayah.com so we can assist where possible.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

From time to time, certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be displayed on the product page.

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, production, logistics, or supply chain delays.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items become available unless otherwise stated.


UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned by customs, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, any return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Labor strikes

  • Government actions

  • Supply chain interruptions
