We hope you love your purchase! If not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for both domestic orders and international delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Final Sale: Sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit upon inspection of the returned item.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at support@theinayah.com for a replacement.

• Free from stains, makeup, perfume, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same style in a different size or color (as long as stock allows). If the item is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a prepaid label and ensure a prompt replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return To begin your return, email us at support@theinayah.com with: • Your order number • The item(s) you’d like to return • The reason for your return. We’ll respond within 7-10 business days with next steps.

International Orders

Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, but delays can occur due to customs clearance or local delivery issues. Customs, Duties & Taxes:

All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and will be collected upon delivery if applicable. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or incorrect address information, we cannot issue refunds or reshipments. Please ensure all shipping information is correct and review your country’s import regulations before placing your order.
